The Lightning GT™ features a unique gated slot on the back side of the hook that allows the rope to be quickly wrapped around the handle two or more times for a secure lock-off. No need to work with extra rope, pass over the device, or tie any knots. Simply click, click and go.

Weighing less than 8 ounces, the aluminum Lightning Hooks offer a functional design with either a hitching slot or innovative wire gate for secure and rapid remote anchoring. The design of the Lightning Hooks helps take the guesswork out of the most fundamental step of the creating a fail-safe anchor. Made of 7000 series, aircraft grade aluminum and CNC machined to our exacting specifications, the Lightning Hooks are certified to hold loads up to 3000 pounds at the tip. When combined with the F4 descent control device, and any one of our Fire Escape ropes, the Lightning GT creates a versatile, exceptionally easy to use system for rapid egress.
